About the Role
You will define the visual and experiential language of our projects. This role is not just about making things "look good" but about solving user problems through design.
User Research: Conduct stakeholder interviews, user testing, and competitive analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Information Architecture: Map out complex sitemaps and user flows. You determine how a user navigates from point A to point B with the least amount of friction possible.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes to validate concepts quickly and evolve them into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
Visual Interface Design: Design stunning, brand-aligned interfaces. You select typography, color palettes, and iconography that elevate the client's brand while ensuring readability.
Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable component library for the agency to ensure consistency across every page and project.
Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and advocate for inclusive design principles.
Requirements
Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes (case studies required).
Tools: Mastery of Figma (including auto-layout and components) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Accessibility: Deep knowledge of WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.
Experience: 5+ years in product design or a web design agency environment.
