About the Role
As our Senior Full Stack Developer, you will serve as the technical anchor of the agency. You will bridge the gap between frontend elegance and backend robustness, building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures. You will decide when to use a microservices approach versus a monolithic structure.
Advanced Frontend Development: Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular). You will ensure that the frontend is not just beautiful but highly performant.
Backend & API Engineering: Develop robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect client interfaces with server-side logic. You will handle authentication, data processing, and third-party integrations (Stripe, Twilio, Salesforce).
Database Management: Design complex database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data migration pipelines using SQL or NoSQL solutions.
DevOps: Maintain deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Docker to ensure code moves from staging to production without errors.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) or LAMP stack.
Cloud: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.
Version Control: Expert-level knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
