About the Role
You will own the growth strategies for our clients. Your goal is to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversion rates by managing the entire digital ecosystem.
Holistic Strategy: Create distinct digital marketing strategies integrating SEO, Content, Paid Media, and Email into a unified machine.
SEO Mastery: Execute advanced SEO strategies, including Technical SEO (site audits, speed optimization) and On-Page content optimization.
Paid Media: Manage and optimize ad budgets across Google Ads and Social Ads, constantly tweaking targeting and creative to lower acquisition costs.
Data Analysis: Set up custom events and attribution models in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to prove exactly which channels are generating revenue.
Marketing Automation: Set up email drip campaigns and lead scoring models using tools like HubSpot to nurture cold leads.
CRO: Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot certifications preferred.
Tools: Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Mindset: Highly analytical with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
