About the Role
You are the operational heartbeat of the agency. You manage resources, timelines, and client expectations to ensure smooth delivery.
Sprint Management: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Scope Management: You are the guardian of the scope. You assess client requests, calculate costs, and negotiate change orders to prevent scope creep.
Resource Allocation: You look at the agency’s capacity holistically and assign tasks based on individual developer strengths and bandwidth.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and develop mitigation strategies before they impact the timeline.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process to ensure all deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards before client review.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on progress and budget.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years in Project Management, specifically within a software or web agency.
Methodology: PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Tech Savvy: Ability to understand the technical lifecycle of web development.
