About the Role

You will be the voice of our clients, designing information architecture and crafting full content ecosystems.

Brand Voice Development: Define brand voice guidelines for clients, establishing whether they are "Corporate & Authoritative" or "Playful & Disruptive."

Content Strategy: Audit existing client content, identify gaps, and build long-term content roadmaps aligned with business goals.

UX Microcopy: Write the tiny bits of text that guide users through apps and websites, ensuring error messages and button labels are helpful and clear.

Conversion Copywriting: Use frameworks like PAS or AIDA to write high-converting copy for landing pages and websites.

SEO Blogging: Research high-value keywords and write long-form, authoritative articles that rank on Google.

CMS Management: Upload and format content directly inside CMS platforms, ensuring metadata is optimized.

Requirements

  • Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showing examples of conversion copy, technical writing, and brand storytelling.

  • SEO: Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword density, and semantic search.

  • Versatility: Ability to switch voices instantly to match different client industries.

  • Language: Native-level proficiency in English with impeccable grammar and editing skills.
