About the Role
You are the driver of the agency's revenue. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and nurture leads from initial contact to signed contract.
Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively hunt for new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and networking events.
Consultative Discovery: Run initial discovery calls to ask deep questions and diagnose client pain points before prescribing a solution.
Solution Scoping: Work with the technical team to draft detailed proposals and statements of work that clearly outline scope and value.
Pipeline Management: Own the CRM pipeline, ensuring every lead is tracked and sales forecasts are accurate.
Contract Negotiation: Navigate procurement processes, negotiate contract terms, and close Master Services Agreements.
Partnership Building: Build relationships with non-competitive agencies to create referral networks.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in B2B Sales, preferably selling Digital Services, SaaS, or Consulting.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Tech Literacy: Ability to discuss web technologies intelligently and understand technical requirements.
