Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 17, 2025

Last Updated: December 31, 2025

At Legacy ProWebs, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services that meet and exceed client expectations. However, due to the nature of custom design, development, and consultancy work, all payments made for our services are considered final unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement.

Clients may cancel a project at any stage; however, depending on the status and phase of the work, cancellation may not qualify for a full or partial refund. Once work has commenced, the client is responsible for compensating any completed portion of the project. If a deposit or milestone payment has been made, that payment will be retained to cover administrative time, resource allocation, planning, and design efforts already invested.

For projects that are paused or abandoned due to client inactivity, non-response, or lack of materials within thirty calendar days, Legacy ProWebs reserves the right to terminate the project. In such cases, all paid fees are forfeited and no refund will be issued. If the client wishes to resume work after an extended period of inactivity, a reactivation fee may apply and a new timeline will be proposed.

Refunds are not issued for services that have been completed and delivered, regardless of whether the client ultimately uses the product. This includes, but is not limited to, website designs, branding materials, digital assets, or consultation sessions. If a client expresses dissatisfaction with the service during the design or development phase, we will make reasonable efforts to revise the work within the scope outlined in the original agreement.

Digital services such as consultations, strategy sessions, and one-on-one coaching are non-refundable once rendered. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be marked as complete and no rescheduling or refund will be offered. In exceptional cases involving medical emergencies or technical issues, clients are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours to request consideration for rescheduling.

For subscription-based services such as ongoing website maintenance, monthly plans, or retainer agreements, cancellations must be made in writing at least seven days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless specified in the original contract.

Chargebacks filed through banks or payment processors for services that were already rendered and documented may result in a permanent ban from using our services. We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve concerns before pursuing third-party disputes.

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@legacyprowebs.com and include a detailed explanation of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of Legacy ProWebs.

We are committed to transparency, fairness, and a high standard of client satisfaction. Our team is always available to discuss any concerns and clarify service expectations to prevent misunderstandings.

If you have questions about this policy or wish to speak with us regarding a specific matter, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
